Installation must be performed by:
- Dualog Technician or
- A competent technician appointed or trained by Dualog or by the customer
Installation can be performed via:
- Physical attendance on board ships
- Office installations
- Remote guidance via telephone
- Remote installation via the Internet and remote access software
Installation Services may include:
- Site Survey
- Installation of Connection Suite
- On board support
After installation / service work Dualog provides:
- A service report describing the work performed and the results
- An updated network diagram (if applicable)
