Do you want a challenge where you’re responsible for stable operation and troubleshooting of our proprietary software running on ships all over the world?
You will work at the heart of Dualog’s Customer Services Department, working as part of the Support team operating from both Tromsø and Singapore.
You will cooperate closely with other internal departments. In addition work towards our many customers’ IT departments and the captains of the 3000 ships with our software installed.
Documented results with installation, operation and/or troubleshooting of IT systems through school and/or work experience is an advantage.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service oriented person.
Communication skills in both Norwegian and English is a must.
