Customer Specific Reports

Copies of all messages, records of all communication sessions and ships’ configuration are stored in the Connection Suite Server database. Substantial information can be retrieved from the database for business or analysis purposes. Customers may also retrieve some information and create reports themselves.
An alternative is to request Dualog for assistance in order to create customer specific reports.

Create, or assist the customer in creating, report(s) based on customer’s data that resides in the Connection Suite database.
