Installation services

Installation must be performed by:

  • Dualog Technician or
  • A competent technician appointed or trained by Dualog or by the customer

Installation can be performed via:

  • Physical attendance on board ships
  • Office installations
  • Remote guidance via telephone
  • Remote installation via the Internet and remote access software

Installation Services may include:

  • Site Survey
  • Installation of Connection Suite
  • On board support

After installation / service work Dualog provides:

  • A service report describing the work performed and the results
  • An updated network diagram (if applicable)
